COURSE DESCRIPTION
This continuing education program offers the practicing CRNA a unique opportunity to share ideas and thoughts on their clinical practice.
Didactic lectures will be offered and daily discussion sessions will involve all course participants. Case studies are welcome to enrich the program and stimulate thought. Topics will include Managing Geriatric Patients; Perioperative Anesthetic Controversies in regional Anesthesia, Sepsis, Awareness/Recall, Professional Liability Concerns, Bariatric Surgery, Management of Diabetic Patients, The Future of Anesthesia Care, Management of Hypertensive Patients, Preventing Patient Injury, Health Care Changes and Their Challenges, The Health Care Information System, Pharmacology and Applications of Dexmedetomidine and a Review of the Pharmacology of Local Anesthetic Drugs.

Refund Policy A full refund less $150.00 application processing fee may be obtained if notice of cancellation is received in writing or by Email (ipgeseminars@ipge.com) no later than November 14, 2010. After this date a $150.00 credit will be issued which may be applied to another IPGE program within one year of the date of cancellation. If IPGE cancels the program, a full refund will be provided unless cancellation forced by a natural or man-made disaster (fire, flood, earthquake, strike, acts of God, war or terrorism, or any other cause beyond IPGE's control.) In this event a full value voucher valid for two years from date of issue is awarded. In addition, an attempt will be made to reschedule the program within a reasonable time period.
