Refund Policy

A full refund less $150.00 application processing fee may be obtained if notice of cancellation is received in writing or by Email (ipgeseminars@ipge.com) no later than November 14, 2010. After this date a $150.00 credit will be issued which may be applied to another IPGE program within one year of the date of cancellation. If IPGE cancels the program, a full refund will be provided unless cancellation forced by a natural or man-made disaster (fire, flood, earthquake, strike, acts of God, war or terrorism, or any other cause beyond IPGE's control.) In this event a full value voucher valid for two years from date of issue is awarded. In addition, an attempt will be made to reschedule the program within a reasonable time period.

Tuition Refund Guarantee Plan

For a fee of $35.00 IPGE will waive all refund restrictions until the day before the seminar begins. To purchase this option, check the appropriate box on your application and add $35.00 to your tuition fee. This option must be purchased at the time of registration and is not available after November 14, 2010.
