Course Description This seminar has been designed to meet the needs of practicing anesthesia providers. It will present valuable information concerning Anesthesia Management with Suspicious EKG changes; Recognizing Allergic Reactions under anesthesia; Dealing with intra-operative Cardiovascular Emergencies Anesthesia and patients with Endocrine Disease; Caluculating and Assessing intra-op Fluid Needs; Proper Maintenance of the Anesthesia Record; Dealing with a Malpractice Lawsuit; Understanding Pain Physiology, The Role of the CRNA in Pain Management; New Drugs for Pain Management; Preventing Epidural Catheter Complications; Reducing the Risk of OB Anesthesia; Pharmcology of Labor Analgesia and Cognitive Dysfunction and Anesthesia. The program is presented in an interactive format which encourages audience participation. Ample time will be devoted to open forum discussions for problem solving and answers to questions.

REFUND POLICY If you did not purchase the Refund Guarantee Plan and you must cancel, a refund less $150.00 application processing fee may be obtained if notice of cancellation is received in writing or by Email (ipgeseminars@ipge.com) no later than April 18, 2011. After this date a $150.00 credit will be issued which may be applied to another IPGE program within one year of the date of cancellation. There are no exceptions to this policy.
If we (IPGE) cancel the program, a full refund will be provided unless cancellation is due to a natural or man-made disaster (fire, flood, earthquake, weather, strikes, acts of war or terrorism, or any other cause beyond IPGE's control). In this event neither of us is responsible and a tuition-free voucher valid for a minimum of two years from date of issue is awarded. In addition, an attempt will be made to reschedule the program within a reasonable time period. IPGE assumes no responsibility for penalty fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
REFUND GUARANTEE PLAN For a non-refundable fee of $35.00 IPGE will waive all refund restrictions until the day before the seminar begins (Wednesday, April 21, 2010 ). To purchase this option, check the appropriate box on your application or advise the registrar if phoning in your reservation and add $35.00 to your tuition fee. This option must be purchased at the time of registration and is not available after April 18, 2011. We highly recommend that you give serious consideration to protecting your tuition fee since all cancellations are caused by unforeseen circumstances. DISCLAIMER All participating faculty are requested to submit any potential conflicts of interest , financial or otherwise, which may exist in their areas of presentation. IPGE reserves the right to substitute a speaker or topic if the need arises. No prior notification of changes is made. Every effort to preserve Course content will be made. TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION If it becomes necessary to cancel your registration, you may find it more cost effective to transfer to another IPGE program.
