If you must cancel, a full refund less $150.00 application processing fee may be obtained until April 9, 2013. After this date no refunds are made. All refund requests must be made in writing or sent by email to: email@example.com. If IPGE/NANA cancels the program, a full refund is provided unless the cancellation is due to a natural or man made disaster (fire, flood, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, or any other situation out of the immediate control of IPGE). In this event, a voucher is issued valid for the full amount paid for the program and applicable to any future program within two years of the date of cancellation. IPGE/NANA assumes no responsibility for penalty fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers. Since all cancellations are caused by unforeseen events, trip cancellation insurance is available through ICS Travel, Inc. We highly recommend this option.
Full Refund Assurance Plan
Since all cancellations are caused by unforeseen events, IPGE offers a tuition refund assurance plan. For a non-refundable fee of $35.00, IPGE will waive all refund restrictions and provide a full refund of fees paid until one day before the seminar begins (Thursday, April 18, 2013). This waiver must be purchased at the time of registration. Note: This option appears as a default in the tuition fees section when registering online. Click "REMOVE" if you do not wish to protect your tuition fee payment.
IPGE/NANA reserves the right to substitute for a speaker or topic if the need arises. We also reserve the right to change the order of the lectures if this becomes necessary. Every attempt is made to present the program as originally advertised and if changes become necessary efforts will be made to retain the integrity with regard to content. IPGE assumes no responsibility for the failure of third party suppliers to meet their contractual obligations. Statements, comments and other information provided by faculty members is the sole responsibility of the individual making the comments.
